We do NOT require any personal information that can be used to individually identify a user. The only contact information we might collect would be from users over the age of 18.

Communication Tools
The communication tools on lydiabarnes.com facilitate the interactivity and richness of our community. These tools include Ask Lydia emails and blogs. These channels of communication are considered as being higher risk. These are protected by selective monitoring by staff members. In compliance with federal regulations, we require users under 13 to obtain explicit prior parental permission before participation.

TWe do not share any personally identifiable information of our users with any third parties, commercial or otherwise. We may, however, comply with requests for personally identifiable information from law enforcement or other governmental agencies, or requested pursuant to subpoena.
